Ty and Lilia have been married since 2008 and have three beautiful children: Faith, Jude and Jewel. Ty began as Senior Pastor of Arise Church in May of 2022 and has been an ordained Foursquare minister since 2007. Ty also serves the Foursquare Church as the Atlantic District NextGen Coordinator which includes 21 states and Washington, D.C.
 
Ty was an Executive Pastor at The Rock in Anaheim, CA where he served for over 18 years. He loves the local church, mentoring young leaders, and seeing people fulfill their God-given potential. Ty has a passion to preach the Word of God and mobilize the Church into the ripe fields of harvest. Ty also has his Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership and is an Adjunct Professor at Life Pacific University.

Lilia is the NextGen and Kids Pastor at Arise Church. She loves being a wife and a mother. Her heart is to train the next generation of children to be giant slayers like David. She also wants to share the joy of motherhood with women of all backgrounds.
